Changes

You have 15 calendar days from when you receive your order to request the exchange for any other product, regardless of its price. For each order, we offer you a change with free management costs.

To be subject to change, the product must be in perfect condition and unused.

The package must arrive with the taxes and postage paid, and in its original packaging. Customs expenses, if any, will be borne by the customer. 

Marephilia is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of the package in case of exchange, being the entire responsibility of the client the arrival of the product back to our facilities.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the current situation, we cannot accept returns.

In the event that the product is not in perfect condition or has any defect, the customer must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order at the address info@marephilia.com. Marephilia will bear the expenses derived from its collection and subsequent transfer to our facilities. Before, the product will be reviewed to certify the tare or defect (we take great care when making and preparing our shipments). 

The return will be made as soon as possible, in the same payment method chosen by the customer for the purchase and always within 14 days after the confirmation of the return by Marephilia.

If the product cannot be replaced with an identical one, the customer will be fully reimbursed, including shipping costs.
